Microwave HDG-282B

Aslam-u-alikum last week i purchase this microwave yesterday i was making pizza but i am disappointed because that's not ready in 15 to 20 mints i am not recommended to any one i am very disappointed

I purchased a microwave oven, and upon unboxing, I was disappointed to find that the mica sheet was damaged and the glass turntable was not rotating.

I immediately reported the issue to your customer care team. A technician was sent to inspect the unit, but unfortunately, he appeared to be unqualified and I have had a negative experience with him previously on another product.

I raised my concern again, and was advised to send the oven to your workshop for further inspection and repair. While I understand the need for proper assessment, the issue does not appear to be major, and this suggested solution seems unnecessarily time-consuming and inconvenient.

I am highly dissatisfied with the initial condition of the product and the level of after-sales support provided so far. I expected better quality control and customer service from your company.
